Sonya Haggie has more than 20 years’ experience in journalism and communications. She joined Māori Television prior to the launch of the channel, leading the brand development project and developing marketing and communications strategy. Prior to joining Māori Television Sonya was Group Media Relations and Corporate Communications Manager for a prominent New Zealand corporation, with responsibility across the company’s New Zealand and Australian properties.
